Caelestia:Migration

On July 26, 2009, Caelestia moved to a MediaWiki-powered main page.

~~Move content from the main site onto the wiki~~ (mostly done). There may still be pages on the editthis or wiki.caelestia.net site that we still need to move.
~~Staff members interested in maintaining or adding content should create an account~~ (see below). Accounts will be sysop'd.
~~Close account creation and redirect existing pages to their equivalent wiki page.~~ Redirection can be disabled by appending ?redirect=no to the URL.
Any staff wanting an account after registration is closed can have their account created for them by a fellow staff member with a random password given by PM.
Debate on how to handle user/page rights and possibly opening registration to the public.
